If your item doesn’t fit quite right, you’re welcome to exchange it for a different size or style within 14 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect your original item, we’ll ship your replacement piece.
If you’ve received the wrong item or something arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.

If ordering within South Africa, the order can take from 2 days – 7 days to arrive.
As we are a small business, we ask that the customer cover the shipping if returning due to incorrect sizing. If you are unsure of your sixing, we have a size chart for each product and are quick at responding to any questions via email or instagram DM.
It can be exchanged for another size or returned for a refund.
We use fabric made from recycled plastic as well as mailer bags that are biodegradeable. We avoid plastic by using ribbon for all our swing tags.
